Step 01 — First Things First
Download the App
Get OKOK International — free on both iOS and Android.
Important: Search for OKOK International — not just “OKOK”. The plain OKOK app is in Chinese and will not work with your scale.
Step 02 — Getting Started
How to Use Your Scale
Setup takes under 2 minutes. Follow these steps once and you're set for good.

Insert the batteries
Open the battery compartment on the underside and insert the 2 AAA batteries included in the box. Place the scale on a hard, flat floor.

Download OKOK International and create your profile
Enter your name, age, height, and gender. This is used by the app to calculate your body metrics accurately.

Turn on Bluetooth and allow all permissions
When you first open the app it will ask for permissions — allow all of them. If you skip any permission, the scale will not pair with your phone.

Step on the scale
Stand still on the scale. Bare feet give the best accuracy. Stay still until the reading is complete.

Your full body analysis appears on your phone
All 13 body metrics show up on the app once the scale stops blinking. Results are instant.

Tips for accurate readings
🏠Use on a hard floor. Carpet affects sensor readings. Tiles or wood work best.
🧍Stand still until the display stops blinking. Any movement affects the result.
⏰Weigh at the same time each day. Morning before eating gives the most consistent results.

Starts from delivery date · Manufacturing defects covered
What is covered: Manufacturing defects, sensor malfunctions, connectivity issues, and display problems under normal use.
What is not covered: Damage from dropping, water damage, battery damage, or tampering.
How to claim: WhatsApp us at +92 319 825 3275 with a photo and description. We will guide you from there.
Resolution: For a verified defect, we will repair or replace your unit.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
- The warranty period is 6 months starting from your delivery date.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required to claim.
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper handling is not covered.
- Battery replacement is not covered — batteries are consumable items.
- This warranty applies to the original buyer only and is non-transferable.
- Talec reserves the right to determine whether an issue is a manufacturing defect.
- Warranty is void if the product has been tampered with.
- A replacement unit carries the remaining warranty period, not a new 6 months.

How accurate is this scale?
Weight is 99% accurate. For all other metrics — body fat, muscle mass, visceral fat, etc. — accuracy is around 70–80%.
These figures are for directional tracking only — they help you understand trends over time, not replace medical advice.
The scale uses BIA technology combined with your app profile (age, height, gender) to calculate metrics using a complex algorithm.

Is the app free?
All core features of OKOK International are free. You will see ads while using the app.
If you want to remove ads, there is an optional paid subscription for a small fee — but every feature works without paying anything.

How many people can use one scale?
As many as you like — no limit. Each person downloads OKOK International on their own phone and creates their own profile. Everyone's data is saved separately.
Can I check weight without the app?
Yes. The scale shows your weight on its display without connecting to a phone.

Scale is not connecting — what should I do?
1. Make sure Bluetooth is on.
2. Open OKOK International and go to the home screen — scale only connects when the app is active.
3. Step on the scale to wake it up, then wait a few seconds.
4. Stay within 1–2 metres of the scale.
5. If still not connecting, close the app fully, reopen it, and try again.

How long do the batteries last?
Up to 6 months depending on usage. When battery is low, the display shows "LO" — your signal to replace them. Any standard AAA batteries will work.
